Monday
I began both classes with the Brain Dance.
Mirroring
We began the mirroring work with partners and simply following and changing leaders. With new partners, we continued to mirror and included changing levels, near and far, asymmetry. Next we, traveled across the floor while mirroring and it was great fun. The B class jumped and twirled.
Continuing on with the phrase that Jamie and I have been developing, we worked to do the phrase with mirroring. A didn't quite get there but the B class did for various reasons.
