Monday 4/13/09

Hi.

Yoga started the day.

Combined my phrase, 4 walks forward, 4 back, 2 lunges on each side, a kick (that's the technical word for it.

with Jamie's phrase: two steps, two chasses, step assemble with a clap and half turn.

added:

two count big shape
two count small shape
two count big shape
two count small shape

Roll downs with plies
Feet articulation: two ball points, three flicks, one plie
repeated en croix undercurve exercise

in A: Finished with across the floor phrase with eight count cannon

in B:

Finished with suspend and balance for six counts in pairs
fall and travel for six counts

Suspend and balance with eye contact and physical contact.
